    Job Description

    WORK CONTENT
    • Manage, arrange human resources, work, train line staff and make appropriate production plans to ensure production progress
    • Coordinate with the planning department to create a specific schedule for each order from the production process to implementation and product delivery.
    • Control production activities, product quality, price, delivery time and handle problems that arise during the production process
    • Work with maintenance technicians to promptly fix production problems such as machine errors, technical errors...
    • Monitor and report inventory status of Semi-Finished Products Warehouse monthly
    • Check raw materials to ensure production plan
    • Control production costs, ensure production costs are within a reasonable level.
    • Search for solutions to optimize production activities and improve production efficiency.
    • Advise the business Board of Directors on managing the production process, storage and preservation of equipment and machinery.
    • Perform other tasks as directed by superiors
