Main job description: Managing and operating the work of the Sales - Marketing Department;
Researching the market, adjusting Sales marketing and advertising campaigns accordingly, evaluating the effectiveness of the implemented business activities and coordinating with other departments/faculties to implement hospital business activities to achieve stated target.
Developing and implementing a business plan - marketing communication for the hospital.
Build strategic relationships and partnerships with industry companies and suppliers.
Manage and expand the Hospital's Customer/Partner network in each period. Organize and manage the Hospital's Customer/Partner data system;
Looking for customers to expand the hospital's customer network.
Develop strategies and tactics to promote the company and increase traffic to the company's official communication channels.
Implement Sales marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
Prepare and monitor Sales marketing budget quarterly, annually and allocate budget appropriately.
Measure and report the effectiveness of sales marketing campaigns, collect data and evaluate performance against goals.
Other jobs: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Recruitment Criteria:- Degree: Bachelor of Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or higher;
- Age: over 25 years old;
- Gender: Male
- Good health, able to withstand high work pressure;
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the same position;
- Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel, Powerpoint...;
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a hospital environment.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing
- Ability to identify target customers, creatively plan and lead marketing campaigns
- Ability to train, coach and lead a team
