| - Build marketing and communication strategies for each product project in the service business sector.
- Plan marketing budget , manage and optimize costs for communication, advertising, digital marketing, PR, and event activities.
- Organize and implement multi-channel communication activities : online (website, fanpage, social media, digital ads) and offline (events, fairs, POSM, seminars).
- Manage content and brand image on all media platforms .
- Orientation of ideas and communication concepts for new product/service promotion campaigns.
- Develop communication plans and develop internal brands for FADIN and MOT. Implement and supervise internal brand communication activities.
- Participate and supervise the production of images, videos, TVCs for communication and advertising.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and press partners .
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities , periodically report to the Board of Directors and propose appropriate adjustments.
- Manage, train and develop Marketing/Communications department staff , motivate and promote each member's capacity.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

| C | JOB REQUIREMENTS |
| - Gender: Male / Female
- Age: 26 to 30
- Education: University degree in Marketing or Communications, Journalism or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position; Priority given to those with experience in advertising, event communications, fashion, and e-commerce.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce and skills in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team, withstand high pressure, enthusiastic, creative in work.
- Have skills to behave in multicultural environment.
- Good planning, organizing and controlling skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Effective management and problem solving skills.
- Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point...), Internet.
- Good English (4 skills).
