Workplace
- Participate in negotiations with contractors and project owners;
- Prepare weekly and monthly business plans for the team and submit them to the Board of Directors for review and approval.
- Train and monitor the performance of the Sales Supervisors and Sales Staff.
- Collect and synthesize market information, search and open new agents in the management area according to the company's direction.
- Support and monitor the implementation of business plans.
- Report on business results, revenue and expenses
- Support staff in consulting, developing potential customers and taking care of existing customers.
- Coordinate with Accountant in debt monitoring. Responsible for debt collection of agents in charge of the team.
- Propose sales policies and after-sales programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience: at least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in project management is an advantage)
- Priority given to those with experience in sanitary equipment, construction materials, and electrical and water equipment;
- Male, 30 to under 40 years old, good looking, mature demeanor
- Team management and planning skills;
- Communication skills
- Proficient in office computer: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ...
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems
- Honest, proactive, creative and responsible in work, ability to withstand high work pressure.
