- Job details:
• Search for, develop, and nurture customers using golf course services.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, golf clubs, travel agencies, partners, and potential customers.
• Provide advice on golf course products and services such as membership cards, golf packages, tournaments, events, conferences, parties, and related services.
• Propose and implement business and brand promotion programs to increase revenue and attract customers.
• Coordinate the organization of golf tournaments, events, conferences, seminars, and customer care programs.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance; propose solutions to improve revenue and service quality.
• Support in managing, guiding, and developing the sales team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Job requirements:
• Graduated from college or higher in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Experience in a management or service business position is preferred; candidates with experience in the golf, hotel, resort, tourism, or luxury service industries are highly favored.
• Possesses strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, dynamic, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Capable of working independently and effectively in a team.

Salary ranges from 8,000,000 to 15,000,000 VND per month, and higher depending on performance.
