    Job Description

    • Prepare documents and urge departments to follow the advance payment/payment process
    • Monitor debt for specialized areas
    • Responsible for preparing and controlling advance/payment documents, monitoring and collecting debts according to the Company's procedures
    • Control, monitor, urge and guide departments, branches and employees in the department to follow the company's general forms and department procedures.
    • Representing the department head to handle the department's affairs when the department head is absent from the company
    • Perform other tasks as directed by the Deputy Director in charge and department head.
    • Under direct management from the Deputy Director in charge and department head. Be responsible to the Deputy Director in charge and the department head for the work you do.
    • Store data, books, reports related to the department in charge and ensure safety and confidentiality of data... Perform other tasks as directed by the department head.
    • Participate in building and improving accounting policies and processes
    • Participate in staff training in the department to improve staff quality to meet job requirements
