I. JOB DETAILS
- Manage timekeeping and payroll for employees.
- Manage social insurance operations on Efy insurance software.
- Manage personnel records, update employee information into the system.
- Receive and answer questions about employee policies and regulations.
- Manage, operate and control the procurement of assets, equipment, stationery, facilities, etc.
- Manage and operate activities within the functions and tasks of the HR department.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head and Board of Directors.
II JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 02 years of experience or more.
- Gender: Female.
- Degree: College degree or higher.
- Major: Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration or related majors.
- Understand labor law and related legal regulations.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and related office applications.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, diligent and responsible in work.
- Honest, careful and detailed.
III. BENEFITS
- Salary and allowance: 15,000,000 VND/month
- Pay social insurance after probation.
