    Job Description

    Job details :
    • Replacing the director of the company directly managing production and business activities, setting goals, plans, implementing and controlling effectively.
    • Report to the director on the establishment, amendment and supplementation of regulations; manage, direct and organize the implementation of the proposed plans, propose and implement regulations and policies in order to operate and manage the company comprehensively.
    • Representing the director to perform external affairs with partners and customers; handle administrative and legal affairs within the company or with state agencies.
    • Coordinate with accountants for financial planning, determining budgetary needs of current and future projects. Implement and operate the system of salary payment, bonus and policies for employees in accordance with the company's regulations and the law.
    • Orientation for training and professional development for employees to ensure the improvement of human resource quality
    • Perform duties as directed by the Director

    Request:
    • Male, age: 30 -45
    • Qualification: College or above
    • At least 5 years of working experience in production and business management
    • Fluent in 2 foreign languages, Chinese and English, have communication skills with foreign business partners such as America, Europe.
    • Can withstand high pressure, have presentation skills, convince customers, solve professional problems quickly
    • Understanding the product consumption markets in Vietnam, China, the US, etc. has strategic thinking, is able to manage, arrange and manage the company's production and business effectively.
    • Regularly move to the US, China, Germany... to negotiate and sign contracts
