- Assist the Director in operating and managing the Company as assigned and authorized by the Director; be responsible to the Board of Directors, the Director and before the law for assigned and authorized tasks;
- Develop and implement short-term, medium-term and long-term business strategies according to the Company's orientation;
- Manage and operate the company's production and business activities according to the set strategy (in the fields of alcoholic beverages, tourism, restaurants and hotels); manage finance, human resources, operations, and ensure the company's operational efficiency;
- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with partners, customers, suppliers and state management agencies;
- Optimize operating processes, improve service quality to enhance customer experience;
- Periodically report business situation to the Director and Board of Directors, propose development strategies suitable for each stage;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director and Board of Directors.
Job requirements:
- Qualification: university degree or higher in economics, business, management;
- At least 05 years of business management experience in the same field as Somo Farm Cuu Long;
- Understand the market, laws, and regulations related to the alcoholic beverage, tourism, restaurant and hotel sectors;
- Have leadership skills, strategic thinking, ability to organize and operate production and business activities;
- Good analytical and information synthesis skills. Problem solving and quick situation handling.
Working place: Somo Farm Cuu Long, Hamlet 3, Cai Nhum Town, Mang Thit, Vinh Long
Working time: Full-time 6 days/week.
