    Job Description

    - Draft contracts, documents and review the legality of documents related to the project.
    - Develop processes, regulations and work instructions related to project legality.
    - Monitor and control the order of implementing investment procedures from the proposal stage until completion and handover of the project.
    - Work with consulting units and contractors to supplement and complete legal procedures for project investment and construction stages; Adjust the scale, design and some additional items of the project (if any).
    - Research legal documents to advise the Company's Board of Directors in the field of construction investment, management, construction of projects, real estate business... etc.
    - Update changes in State legal policies to have appropriate adjustment plans.
    - Perform other tasks under the direct direction of the Company Director.
    - Carry out periodic reports, arising or at the request of the Board of Directors.
