JOB DUTIES
- In charge of foreign affairs and market promotion
+ Together with the Branch Director, responsible for devising business strategies, researching, analyzing and evaluating the current restaurant business situation, the desires and needs of target customers, from That proposes appropriate product development and brand development plans.
+ Coordinate with departments, headquarters, and Marketing to promote business.
+ Periodically make plans, strategies, proposals and have detailed reports for effective business operations and development of the branch.
- Business market development
+ Trade promotion, business product development, expanding key customer base, which are Korean customers.
- Coordinate with Director of Technology for executive management: Supervise and manage all branch activities
- Tasks as assigned by the Company's Board of Directors
- Working hours: From Monday - Saturday morning
Candidate requirements
- Have at least 3 years as Sales Director, Branch Director/Deputy Director or equivalent.
- Good management capacity
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the Korean restaurant industry, knowledgeable about Korean cuisine and culture, and have cooperated and worked with many Korean customer partners.
- Willing to go on business trip for 1-2 months in the initial stage to receive training
- Proficient in Korean communication.
