    Personal assistant provides personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

    Job Description
    • Assist the Project Manager & Team on the given task
    • Translates written and spoken Vietnamese-Chinese-English
    • Acts as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external staffs
    • Screens and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    • Handles requests and queries appropriately
    • Manages diary and schedule meetings and appointments
    • Makes travel arrangements
    • Sources necessary supplies
    • Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese, Chinese, English)
    • Willing to work on-site in BATAAN, PHILIPPINES
