Job Description

1. Job Description:
- - Arrange work schedules for the Director, plan meetings and conferences.
- Build itineraries and schedules for the Director including: booking air tickets, arranging transportation and booking accommodation.
- Handle documents, phone calls, correspondence and important incoming letters.
- Coordinate with other departments & deploy the tasks.
- Prepare reports for the General Director/other departments.
- Monitor the progress of the company's work items, personnel-related issues, support budget preparation and monitor budget sources.
- Complete projects assigned by the Director on schedule.
- Participate in contributing ideas and making suggestions for process improvements when necessary.
- Other tasks from BOD.

● Working time: 9AM - 6PM from MONDAY - FRIDAY, 9AM - 13 PM SATURDAY
● Working location: DIAMOND PLAZA, DISTRICT 1
● Salary: NEGOTIATION (up to 12,000,000 VND Gross)

2. Job Requirements:
- Fresher/Graduate are available
- Fluent in English, work with Korea Manager.
- Skills: research, problem solving, communication, presentation, multi-tasks
- Can-do attitude, proactive, ability to work independently and in a team
