+ Bakery operations management:
- Monitor the working process of employees, check the quality of cakes decorated in buffet and party counters to meet the criteria of the Restaurant on the Cruise. And always ensure the quantity of cakes served during opening hours.
- Plan menus, change cakes, create new cakes with Sous chef, Pastry Chef to suit the locations where the cruise ship docks.
