    Job Description

    • Responsible for managing and supervising the work of the customer relationship specialists, supporting you to complete the project in the best way.
    • Search, identify and approach potential partners to build cooperative relationships, expand markets and develop customer networks.
    • Develop partnership plans and strategies to ensure that partnerships achieve their goals and contribute to the company or organization's bottom line.
    • Plan and implement partner activities, including negotiating contracts, developing promotional and marketing strategies, and managing product or service related activities together with partners.
    • Manage relationships with existing partners, ensure that partnership commitments are fulfilled and maintain a level of satisfaction
    • Report the results of client partnership activities
    Job requirements
    • Graduating from college or higher
    • Experience in management and leadership
    • Experienced in developing and managing client relationships.
    • Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving and consulting skills.
    • Enthusiastic, agile, careful in handling documents and procedures related to client partners.
    • Ability to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of customer partner management strategies.
    • Have a sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
