    Job Description

    Planning the implementation and timeline of production and logistics activities for the entire Project. Project management from start to finish. In charge of project management according to the plan agreed with the customer. Negotiate with supplier on unit price, quality and schedule. Ensure products are made with the right quality – on schedule – delivered to the right place at the right time.
    Recruit, train and manage the personnel of each event. Guide staff to properly fulfill customer's requirements and successfully complete the event.
    Implement logistics activities to make the event successful. Handle and solve related problems
    Report work progress, report the whole project
    Other tasks as assigned by management
