Job Description

Business representative introduces and sells products and services to customers and partners.
Use online channels such as websites, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce platforms to reach and develop new customer networks.
Introduce products/services to customers through online channels, answer questions and convince customers to buy products/services. Build networks and develop markets.
Follow up and maintain customer relationships after the sale, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat purchases. Market research, competitor research and online business planning.
Come up with ideas for promotions and after-sales programs, and implement plans approved by superiors.
Set monthly sales targets and be responsible for achieving these targets through online sales strategies.
Support the implementation of online marketing campaigns and promotions to increase revenue.
Weekly/monthly business data synthesis.
