Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Creating and maintaining relationship with relevant government bodies, stakeholders and related companies under group in Vietnam
Preparing, writing letters, faxes, memos, mails on behalf of the BOD
Preparing business travel including business travel form, air ticket reservation, hotel booking
Receiving and checking the contents of the documents for approval of the BOD.
assisting, arranging and organizing agenda for company's visitors/ guests/ business partners.
Attending meetings, taking meeting minutes and interpreting when needed.
Arranging the monthly transportation for staffs, company visitors/ guests/ business partners such as taxi, car rental
Preparing payments related to BOD
Preparing payment orders to suppliers including domestic suppliers and overseas suppliers and other bank transactions
Coordinating with the bank to get monthly bank statement at the end of each month
Checking and confirming VAT quarterly report from the accounting firm
Creating, reviewing, translating documents from English to Vietnamese; Vietnamese to English as assigned.
Coordinating with other departments for preparing documents in work permit, residence card, license, etc.
Storing, filing managing document, invoices, accounting books, dispatch, contracts, etc.
Maintain the office in good condition
