Main job :
- Technical duty, operating the entire technical system of electricity, water, fire protection system ... of the building.
- Check, maintain, detect abnormality, fix, fix errors and problems of technical systems, fire protection systems...
- Record work and equipment diaries. Report to leadership on abnormal situation of technical systems, fire protection systems.
- Supervising and coordinating with maintenance contractors, equipment and machinery;
- Supervising construction contractors and repairing households in accordance with regulations. Quickly, safely and properly handle incidents.
- Implement, inspect and supervise all technical activities of the building in accordance with regulations and company rules and regulations;
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Request:
- Male, good health;
- Graduated from high school or higher in majors: Electrical, Refrigeration;
- Preferably with experience working in a technical position.
- Have good communication skills, ability to supervise, handle situations well, be careful, enthusiastic and creative.
Working in rotation; h; 22-6h; 8-17:30.
