    JOB DETAILS
    • In charge of arranging, coordinating, and responsible for all human resources related work: timekeeping, payroll, insurance, recruitment, and Human Resources planning.
    • Find human resources recruitment sources according to the Company's requirements, complete the interview form.
    • Monitor, manage, fully and promptly update, store and secure personal records of the Company's employees.
    • Calculate monthly salary; Manage employee leave standards.
    • Declare social insurance monthly; Implement procedures for reporting increases and decreases, adjusting information on social insurance participation; Issuing and revoking health insurance cards.
    • Resolve social insurance benefits for employees.
    • Implement procedures for evaluating probationary results; Sign the labor contract and re-sign the labor contract
    • Prepare documents; Notification; regulations; Regulation; decisions about: recruitment; termination of labor contract; appoint; Bonus; Personnel discipline….
    • Coordinate with relevant departments to purchase tools, supplies, distribute stationery, etc.
