TRAIN TICKET OPERATOR
- Working mode: Full-time permanent
- Work location: Office at 171 Vo Thi Sau, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
- Working hours : 7.5 hours/day from Monday to Friday + 4 hours WFH on Saturday morning. Can WFH overtime when work needs arise.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Goal: FAST and CORRECT, handle all bookings, emails, incidents... within the predetermined time frame, according to the correct process, bringing a perfect service experience to customers :
- Check and receive ticket bookings every day
- Issue tickets according to procedure
- Process ticket changes/cancellations upon request
- Handle complaints if any
- Handling arising incidents such as train cancellations, train delays...
- Coordinate with booking colleagues
- Coordinate with relevant teams
REQUEST
- Having experience using train ticket booking systems is a big advantage. If you do not have experience, training will be provided.
- Proficient in office computers: Microsoft Outlook Mail, Excel (required)
- Communicate in English (required)
- Priority is given to candidates with their own laptop
