Job description- Interpreting for the Board of Directors when working with Chinese Customers and Partners;
- In charge of communication and transactions on social networks (Facebook, Zalo, youtobe, Tiktok...)
- Receiving and processing information from Customers, Chinese Partners contact the Company;
- Perform other related work.
Job requirements- Mastering vocabulary in the field of packaging machinery and equipment for the printing industry, equipment components, consumables for the packaging industry;
- Fluent in 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing 2 languages Vietnamese - Chinese (no degree required);
- Able to communicate well, express sentences coherently, concisely, and full of meaning;
- Have a professional and confident working style when interacting with customers or communicating with the immigration and customs authorities of the country of origin;
- Experience as a freelance interpreter or in an import-export business environment is preferred.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and in a team;
- Good health, ability to travel on business with advance notice;
- Support other departments in translating, translating contracts, buying and selling when needed.
- Fluency in information technology office;
- Graduated from College, University majoring in Chinese is an advantage.
- Accept students, teachers, translators, interpreters, NCS as part time.
