Work and discuss with customers to understand requirements when the project is deployed
Manage and closely monitor the work of the team

Propose technical solutions, write code conventions... for the project

5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer with deep expertise in backend languages.
Strong database administration skills, especially with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Experience with integration systems, including data transfer methods such as FTP and REST APIs.
Basic experience with AWS and Serverless frameworks (eg, AWS Lambda, API Gateway) to support cloud-based solutions.
Solid understanding of best practices in backend development, including security, scalability, and reliability.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
