Job description
- Manage, develop policies and resolve issues of the Quality Assurance Department
- Improve management system (Correction, CA, PA)
- Internal management system assessment and supplier assessment
- Monitoring - External Assessment (Customer Assessment/3rd Party Assessment)
- Measurement management
- Understand and respond to work according to Environmental Law
- Chemical management
- Manage, monitor work (KPIs) and performance of the Quality Planning department and report to superiors
- Training and coaching subordinates
- Perform other tasks as required by superiors
REQUIREMENTS
- Japanese equivalent to N2
- Experience in building and improving Management systems (9001,14001,
- Experience in Internal Audit of management systems and external audit (Customer audit/Certification organization audit)
- Training and coaching subordinates
- Have experience working in a mechanical/electromechanical/electronic manufacturing plant.
- Have experience and communicate with Japanese customers (Japanese/English)
- Have knowledge and experience in managing staff in the department (over 10 people)
- Have knowledge of Chemical documents in Products
- Have skills in training and coaching subordinates
- Can use CIP management tools (eg IMDS, Checmsherpa,...)
- Can understand mechanical and electrical drawings
- Able to understand and have experience in Q7/N7/5 core tools used in automobile manufacturing
- Have knowledge of current environmental laws
- Basic computer skills (can use Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-sufficient to go to work by personal vehicle
