JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Check HS codes for the company's imported and exported products.
- Prepare documents related to import and export: Invoice, Packing List,...
- Work with agents and shipping lines to import/export goods.
- Monitor and notify shipment schedules to relevant departments.
- Work with suppliers and customers to get information about shipments.
- Check shipping costs with agents, make payment requests, and track debt.
- Contact customers and suppliers to resolve related issues.
- Other requests from superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Have knowledge of import-export and international trade, at least 1 year of experience.
- Proficient in using E-cus customs declaration software.
- Can use English well (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Careful, accurate, responsible.
