    Receiving and reviewing purchase requests: Planning & arising

    Develop debt and payment policies with suppliers

    Purchase planning: Month / Quarter / Year

    Preliminary survey of supplier's supply capabilities

    Directly / supervise delivery: on time, quantity, quality

    Negotiate to reduce purchasing cost ratio from 1%-2%/quarter

    Search for new suppliers and reserve suppliers

    Domestic and international purchasing of dried fruits, confectionery, and drinks
