    Job Description

    • Build a process for receiving, exporting and importing goods.
    • Classify shipments according to the tariff coding system, track the location of shipments.
    • Manage and operate all activities of the Import-Export Department within the scope of work in charge including:
    • Manage and operate all activities of the Import-Export Department and be responsible to the Board of Directors for all professional and technical issues.
    • Build a process for receiving, exporting and importing goods.
    • Develop and implement the Department's work plan, assign work, train staff, manage and supervise work, and evaluate staff performance.
    • Receive, manage, check and process import and export documents with customers, customs authorities and related management agencies.
    • Track the progress of goods, plan the delivery of import and export goods to ensure production as well as customer requirements. Complete procedures and documents for import and export of goods.
    • Manage, monitor, inspect, store and coordinate with relevant departments to create documents, records and books according to regulations to serve inspection work.
    • Manage and store import-export records, perform transactions, negotiate, sign contracts with customers and suppliers...
    • Carry out import and export procedures and documents such as: Sales contracts, shipping documents, import and export documents, payment procedures, goods delivery... in compliance with the LC of customers, suppliers, shipping agents, and Customs.
    • Receive, check and compare import and export goods records with actual quantities at the border gate during the process of making customs clearance documents.
    • Make weekly, monthly, annual or ad hoc reports as required;
    • Perform other tasks related to import-export and transportation activities as required by the Board of Directors.
