WORK CONTENT
+ Monitor the progress of incoming goods to ensure goods arrive on schedule, with quality and quantity. Resolve problems that arise related to imported shipments during transportation.
+ Receive and compare goods records with actual quantity. Check the validity of documents.
+ Track orders, contact the carrier and ensure delivery schedule according to requirements.
+ Prepare and complete procedures and documents for import and export of goods. + Store documents and check import and export costs of goods.
+ Complete export documents to send to customers. Check contract completion, negotiate price, payment conditions,...
+ Work with Logistics to declare customs.
+ Resolve problems that arise during the import-export process, respond immediately to reports of problems that arise.
+ Report work being done daily. Propose plans to resolve problems (if any). + Request payment of expenses and debts related to imported and exported goods.
