[Hanoi] Son Phuoc Dinh Joint Stock Company is recruiting for the position of Import-Export Officer.
Address : Tam Trinh, Yen So, Hoang Mai, Hanoi.
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., from Monday to Saturday at the company office at the above address.
1. Job content
- Texting and exchanging messages with foreign customers via Whatsapp
- Prepare a set of transport documents according to the L/C payment method for the company's export items (Commercial Invoice, Packaging Note, Bill of Lading, CO...)
- Drafting quotations and dispatches for foreign partners in English.
- Perform some other tasks of the Import-Export Department when requested by the General Director
2. Requirements
- Only recruiting WOMEN.
- Graduated from universities in foreign languages, economics... with related majors.
- Proficient in English for text conversations and communication (Intermediate level B1-B2, Ielts 6.5, TOEIC
- Proficient in office information technology, word, excel... (Preference will be given to those with experience in catalog making and photo editing)
- Patient, agile, careful, meticulous, responsible for work
- Understanding of import and export, LC payment documents is an advantage.
- No experience required, new graduates accepted.
