    Job details
    - Make import and export declarations on Ecus 5 software.
    - Prepare documents related to import and export activities, customs clearance.
    - Make application for specialized inspection license, make C/O.
    - Contact foreign suppliers to get quotes, make orders, track delivery progress and foreign payment procedures.
    - Coordinate with forwarders to complete import and export procedures and solve problems arising during customs clearance.
    - Provide vouchers to the accounting department during the payment process in accordance with regulations.
    - Other tasks as directed by superiors.
