    Job details:
    • College or higher, graduated in the right major
    • Good English reading and writing.
    • 2 years of experience as an import-export officer
    • Making export documents (customs declaration, Invoice, Packing List, C/O)
    • Make a delivery reservation (booking) with FWD and track delivery orders
    • Working on customer systems and websites of FWD, C/O issuing organization.
    • Liaise with customers and FWD to resolve related issues
