- Check the validity of import documents (input contract, BL, CO, ...) received from purchasing department,
- Determine the HS code of each item and make the customs declaration using Customs software,
- Contact the forwarder to declare the customs declaration, check the declaration before official transmission.
- Solve problems related to import and export shipments during customs clearance (if any),
- Contact the carrier to ensure the delivery schedule for the customer according to the requirements.
- Coordinate with departments in the company to track and monitor orders/contracts,
- Store documents and check import and export costs,
- Update information on legal documents related to import and export goods.
- Perform other tasks related to their field at the request of superiors
