1. JOB DESCRIPTION
*Documentation tasks:
- Check the accuracy of all information, documents, prices, ensure financial legality.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to create Commercial Invoices and Garment Contracts to proceed with exporting manufactured goods.
- Record order details (e.g. supplier, documents, quantity, price) into internal database/system
- Collect and store relevant data and documents and present them to customs inspectors when requested.
* Shipping and customs clearance
- Compare and evaluate offers from shipping companies.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders to achieve lower cost solutions.
- Monitor and manage shipping procedures, including ordering, declaring on VNACCS, tracking delivery and resolving any issues that arise during shipping.
- Prepare and verify Certificates of Origin for shipments, ensuring all required information is included and accurate.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Grasp the necessary activities and tasks of export manufacturing enterprises.
* Logistics and inventory
- Ensure accurate data reporting, import - export - inventory reports of the Corporation to customs authorities within the prescribed time limit.
- Control inventory of imported materials
- Inventory management: Destroy unsatisfactory inventory
- Update and fully comply with policies/procedures in accordance with regulations of Vietnam Customs
2. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or procurement, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations and customs regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven negotiation skills with suppliers at both local and regional levels.
