RECEIVING CARGO:
- Receive goods from suppliers.
- Coordinate with the quality department to classify and check the quality of goods.
- Record volume, quantity of goods received and process input orders on the system.
- Bring the received goods to the specified area.
- Manage raw inventory between the system and actual goods.
HANDLING OF GOODS IN STOCK:
- Export raw materials to production department, re-import raw materials returned after production, process import/export orders on the system.
- Receive finished products from the production room, tally the quantity received, bring the finished products to the specified location, process the Work Order on the system, print stamps and paste on the received finished products. - Manage goods during storage: arrange, check quantity, remove damaged goods, ...
- Checking inventory on a monthly basis.
- Manage inventory of finished products between the system and actual goods.
- Cleaning the warehouse.
EXPORT GOODS:
- Check the total list of goods to be exported and prepare the goods for the following purposes: Delivery of goods for online delivery; Export B2B goods; Exporting goods to the Store, …
- Check product specifications
- Process and export goods on the system with correct and sufficient quantity and code.
- Handing over the goods to the receiving department.
• REQUEST:
- Male, 18 - 30 years old, in good health.
- Can choose to work shifts (22h-6h, 00h-9h00, 7h-15h, 9h-17h), ready to work overtime when required.
- Know how to use computers: Excel, warehouse management software.
- Careful, neat, disciplined, responsible for work.
