Job Description

Process and fully implement customer settlement documents.
Contact and notify customers to supplement missing documents and papers according to the process of preparing and submitting settlement documents.
Guide customers in filling out information and submitting online applications.
Monitor, support, guide and answer customers' questions throughout the process of processing settlement documents.
Prepare administrative documents according to the guidance and direction of superiors
