2. Receive and process the company's study abroad applications;
3. Check information of international students/customers including educational information, financial information, purpose of studying abroad... to ensure documents meet the requirements of the school and visa office;
4. Carry out procedures: study application, scholarship application, visa, translation, notarization of customer records,...
5. Monitor and update visa approval policies from the consulate as well as government policies for international students; information from relevant schools and education systems to guide customers and prepare student visa applications.
6. Coordinate with departments within the company to organize and carry out internal events, internal communications, admission seminars,...
Job requirements:
1. Graduated from a regular University/College majoring in Customer Relations, Foreign Language (English), Law,...
2. Priority is given to candidates with experience in handling student visas, traveling to Australia and Germany
3. Have at least 01 year of experience handling applications for study abroad, tourism, immigration, and translating settlement and immigration documents.
4. Ability to store and organize data and make reports as required.
5. Withstand high pressure at work. Love working in the field of education.
