    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Customers in the US will send specific requests with documents and images. Then, the staff will receive and process that information, report according to the form, select and enter it into the customer's system.
    • Work will be trained and guided by experts
    • Read and search for accurate information in English
    • Write a report according to the instructions
    • Working on US time zone is a must
    • Working hours: From 10pm Monday - 7am Saturday

    Job Requirements

    • Good reading comprehension and information retrieval skills in English
    • English IELTS 5.0 or equivalent
    • Value and seek out employees who work carefully, with special attention to detail.
    • Work proactively and flexibly
    • Working night shift VN - day shift US
    • No requirement for appearance or good diplomacy, only requirement for dedicated work
