- Manage and develop Tik Tok channel.
- Research trends, catch trends, learn how Tiktok works and its algorithm over time.
- Research, analyze, evaluate audience and preferences, and then develop a channel development plan for each appropriate stage.
- Ensure the KPI progress as set. Report to superiors on work performance.
- Directly edit, create effects, post-produce videos using your phone (Capcut, VN, Snapshot, ...) or computer to have a complete video.
- Other tasks as required by the Manager.
Candidate requirements
- Female, good looking, born in 1998 or later
- Have 06 months to 01 year of experience in building tiktok and youtube channels.
- Understand, know, and master the operating rules of media channels such as Tiktok and Youtube.
- Know how to create media content, lots of ideas.
- Quick communication thinking, good at catching trends.
- Understand and have skills in using basic photo and video editing and collage software on phones and computers.
- Quick, eager to learn and progressive in work, willing to constantly update new features of Youtube, Tiktok as well as work-related applications.
