Job Overview:

We are looking for a Video Editor to work with AI-generated video materials. The role focuses on editing, assembling, and enhancing short AI-generated clips into complete, emotionally engaging videos that meet client and Director requirements.

The Video Editor plays a key role in post-production, ensuring visual quality, storytelling, and overall impact of the final video.

This isn't a cog-in-the-wheel role; it is a launchpad for your career as a future Creative Director.

You will be working closely with the team located both in Singapore and Ho Chi Minh

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Development team, who uses AI tools and prompt-based workflows to generate short video clips.
• Edit, cut, and assemble AI-generated video segments into a complete, coherent video according to briefs from clients or the Director.
• Enhance storytelling and emotional impact through pacing, transitions, music, and visual flow.
• Perform post-production tasks including:
  • Color correction and color grading
  • Audio editing and sound balancing
  • Light and visual tone adjustments
  • • Ensure the final output meets quality standards and aligns with brand or project objectives.
    • Optimize video formats, ratios, and lengths for different platforms (eg YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc) and TVC.
    • Review and revise videos based on feedback from the Director or stakeholders.

    • Requirements:

      • The Basics : Strong grasp of editing software (PremiereDaVinci After Effects).
      • Understanding of video composition, rhythm, storytelling, and emotion-building.
      • The Spark : A genuine passion for AI technology. You follow AI news and are eager to try new tools.
      • Must be able to:
        • Read and understand English briefs
        • Communicate via chat or written English at a working level
        • • The Proof: A portfolio or showcase that demonstrates your editing skills (personal projects, school assignments, or freelance work are all accepted).

            Good to have:

            • Interest in generative AI and willing to explore creating AI-based video clips when needed.
            • Experience working with AI-generated video content is a strong plus.
            • Basic VFX skills are an advantage (such as simple motion effects, transitions, text animation, and overlays)
