* Job description:
- Sampling, performing microbiological tests as planned or unscheduled
- Make statistics and send daily/pure/monthly microbiological results.
- Reviewing test results and proposing measures to overcome and eliminate microbial hazards.
- Control microbiology lab documents in accordance with the process of issuing and controlling documents.
- Record and maintain records in accordance with record control procedures.
- Control and plan to buy tools and chemicals for microbiology lab according to approved budget.
- Maintain equipment and tools at the microbiology laboratory according to the regulations on use and preservation of the company's assets.
- Prepare documents for assessment of HACCP, ISO.
- Coordinating with the physico-chemical lab, daily product sense of QC online.
- Check food hygiene and safety daily, update technical specifications, check checklist for total hygiene, periodic cleaning, report Swaptest results
- Report periodically/irregularly at the request of superiors.
- Support other QC and QA staff to perform 5S, SHE at the microbiology lab
