Check workplace daily for neatness and cleanliness.
Check equipment and supplies to ensure they are always ready to serve customers.
Clean public areas inside and outside the hotel, guest requests on the system to ensure information is updated accurately.
Resolve customer requests and complaints promptly.
Support the implementation of hotel advertising activities
