    Job Description

    • Purchase according to contract requirements and estimates sent down by the technical department and director.
    • Research product information, goods, quality, origin, compare prices of suppliers before ordering.
    • Update information on goods and products in stock of the business and place orders promptly to ensure sufficient quantity required.
    • Track order progress and resolve related issues
    • Regularly arrange and coordinate freight forwarding and monitor orders
    • Receive goods and hand over to the technical department to check the quality of goods and materials when delivered to the warehouse and factory.
    • Control goods in warehouse, make import - export procedure form
    • Provide full documentation of goods to the accounting department.
    • Weekly/monthly/quarterly work reports or when requested by the Board of Directors
