Job Description

JOB DUTIES
- Call to advise customers about the company's service programs according to the list of available data
- Entering customer information into the company's data system
- Consulting, answering questions and persuading customers by phone, zalo, sms, email...
- Only working at the office, not going to the market.

REQUEST
- Graduated from high school or higher, aged 18 - 28 years old;
- Easy-to-listen voice, capable of handling situations
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Experience in Consulting, Customer Care is an advantage.

RIGHT
- Income: CB salary 6 million + allowance (900k/month) +HH +bonus+...
- Computer support while working • Lunch fee support
- Support parking fee at the working building
- Public holidays/New Year holidays according to the company's regulations.

WORKING TIME : 8:15-17:45 Monday-Friday (lunch break 12h-13h30)
