1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive potential data from Marketing team sent back. Filter and categorize customer files
- Consulting and answering questions that customers are facing. DO NOT GO TO MARKETS
- Conduct inquiries, assess customer needs and negotiate to close the deal.
- Solve arising problems, plan the team proposed.
- Working office hours: 8:00 am Monday - Friday. OT As desired.
2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female/LGBT++ from age
- No experience required. Having worked in Sales, Customer Care is an advantage
- Have good communication skills, young and dynamic
- Have a sense of responsibility and complete assigned tasks. deal>
