    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Call customers who need to borrow money according to the data on the system. Consulting and answering questions for customers about the company's unsecured loan programs and financial products.
    • Update call status into the company's system.
    • Assist and guide customers through loan application procedures.
    • Take care of customers after disbursement and send payment schedule to customers.
    REQUEST:
    • Hardworking, honest, always progressive and responsible for work.
    • 06 months experience in Telesale, customer care, experience in finance/banking industry.
    • Have basic office computer skills.
    • High school graduate or above. Age > 1999
