JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Receive requests from domestic and foreign partners and update with relevant parties.
- Answer and advise customers about the company's products and services
- Prepare quotations, contracts and related documents according to available templates
- Manage work progress and orders
- Periodically check the goods stored in the warehouse: compare the quantity, actual and current status.
- Summary and report of expenses at the end of the month
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
REQUEST:
- Graduated from College or University with major in business, commerce, and related fields. Sales import-export work is an advantage.
- Priority is given to candidates fluent in English or Chinese.
- Good communication, enthusiastic at work
- Fresh graduates or final year students are accepted.
- Office software and work-related software
