Receive available DATA, call out to consult and provide to customers who have and are in need of using the service to register and use the services including:
- Consulting on fixed service packages such as: Internet, television, landline phone,... Consulting customers who are using the service to pay 6 months or 12 months in advance, consulting customers to upgrade to new Wifi speed packages and promotional programs for customers who are using the service
- Consulting on mobile service packages such as: 3G 4G Data packages, domestic and international calling packages. Consulting customers to switch from prepaid to postpaid subscriptions.
