Joint work:
- Manage customers and be responsible for the quality of customer advertising accounts.
- Support customers to set up advertising accounts.
- Receive information from customers, support transactions, create accounts, deposit money into customers' accounts.
- Answer questions and handle advertising issues for customers
- Manage account information and weekly reports.
- Take care of customers who have used the service periodically, grasp the customer's situation so that they can continue to use the service.
- Some related tasks are directed by superiors.
