Job Description

Shared responsibility: The role of the company's representative, has the most direct contact with customers and is the key point in demonstrating KAIROS' service quality to customers.

The main jobs include:

Welcome, guide and advise customers;
Carry out direct and supervisory activities so that customers feel more satisfied than expected in terms of both facilities and KAIROS service quality;
Organize community events and perform administrative tasks of the facility where they work;
Taking care of customers to sign and re-sign contracts;
Management of building operations.
