- Allocate live staff, schedule broadcasts reasonably, create effective livestream scripts, set up live rooms, and monitor livestreams daily.
- Analyze data and conduct market research. Responsible for the Channel's Media plan; Tiktokshop's development direction; provide product selection direction; combine the development direction of the company's e-commerce platforms with the Tiktokshop booth.
- Develop plans for key products, new products, and best-selling products. Set reasonable sales targets.
- Come up with ideas for annual, monthly, and daily promotions to attract customers and boost sales
- Plan a reasonable monthly budget for promotions; optimize and adjust QC performance to improve conversion rates
- Responsible for store traffic, conversion rate, sales volume, sales revenue, ROI and other operational metrics, ensuring operational results meet company sales goals.
- Update policy information from Tiktok sales channel, product line; report market situation and business results to management and Board of Directors.
- Handle booth issues and act as a communication bridge with the company's Tiktok partners.
- Other tasks as assigned and directed by superiors.
